Delivery & Shipping

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders. We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. Our team works hard to package and ship orders quickly and securely. We also provide tracking information for all orders so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Delivery time includes process and shipping time. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon ordering. Our made-to-order and customised products are made within 7-21 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays sometimes will happen due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Please do bear with us in that case.

UK and Worldwide International Shipping

We offer FREE UK and Worldwide delivery for ALL orders. The shipping times may vary from 4-15 days, from the despatched day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. It will be incurred when the shipment reaches your destination country. Astrozie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are at your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your ordered items within 15 days for UK customers and 45 days for international customers, please contact us at support@astrozie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
