We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders. We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. Our team works diligently to package and ship orders quickly and securely. We also provide tracking information for all orders so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery time includes both processing and shipping time. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon ordering. Our made-to-order and customised products are created within 7-21 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your patience in such cases.

UK and Worldwide International Shipping

We offer FREE UK and worldwide delivery for ALL orders. Shipping times may vary from 4-15 days, from the despatched day.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching your destination country. Astrozie is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number, which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your ordered items within 15 days for UK customers and 45 days for international customers, please contact us at support@astrozie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
