We hope you are happy with every purchase you make. In case you change your mind about keeping your purchase and want to return items to us, please fill in the Return Request Form and return the eligible items by post within 14 days and you will be refunded with the payment method you used to place the order. Please read below for our return policy.

Return items because you change your mind
​
Please file to us your Return Request Form within 14 days upon the receipt of the order and send the item back to us with the return details. We will then refund you within 5-7 days upon the receipt of the returned items, as long as your returned product remains in its original intact condition, i.e. you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and you haven’t used the product.
Please note that you are liable for the postage costs for the return. But we will make up for it - we will offer you a credit note of the same amount for your next purchase.

Personalised or Tailor-made Jewellery orders

When you order Personalised Jewellery or tailor-made Jewellery from our website, we will create or customise a specific and potentially unique piece of jewellery designed around your own specific requirements.

You may change your mind and notify us that you wish to cancel your order for Personalised Jewellery at any time before you receive our email that confirms acceptance of your order for Personalised Jewellery. Please note that this is a different email from the one that we send to confirm that we have received your order.

Return Faulty and Incorrect Items

If the items you received are faulty, damaged or soiled upon arrival, or does not match the specifications specified in your order, please email at support@astrozie.com for a return and refund. Please ask for proof of postage and keep this receipt until you have received your refund.

Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements unless it does not match the specifications specified in your order. (If your item is faulty or does not match the specifications contained in your order, please email us at support@astrozie.com.)

Once you have received our order acceptance email, a binding agreement will be formed and you will no longer have the ability to cancel your order.

Refunds
The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 5-7 days upon the receipt of the returned items. Please note the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
